    First...is resident currently in a facility under Medicare skilled? If so, Medicare should pay for enough supplies to change wafer daily because part A Medicare is all inclusive. We're not sure about the coverage in the community.

    I agree. Our medicare coordinator gives the therapist the ARD date and then the therapist then gives her the minutes and lets her know if grace days are needed. By doing it this way, the assessments are done in a timely manner.
