    They are being cheap by hiring you in as an "LPN" but you are an RN. It's not a smart move on your part... That's NOT a good company. They may want you to do RN things but only pay you as an LPN. No way!!!

  3. IMO... LTC is not good enough experience for the hospital. I did LTC for 7 years and I have been in the hospital for 2 years. HUGE DIFFERENCE!

  5. I was just wondering why that under the nursing specialties there isn't anything about neuro?? I would consider neuro more of a speciality than half of the other titles listed. Just curious if anyone could help me out on this one.
