   Hi I 'm an LPN I work as an case manager .I see 4 -6 pt's a day plus oncall.We have teams set up with RN's and LPN's.....We do plan of care and pronounce pt once passed away.....We don't do admits......Hospice Nurse for 4 yrs........

   Hi I'm a LPN.......I've been a hospice Nurse fo 2yrs in the state of Fl and Al.......The only difference in job scope is I can't do port flush and can't admit a pt into Hospice .......I do blood draws,make home vists if a pt has a HHA in the home RN...
