   Hi Guys, have not posted in a while but started my training in Feb and am confused as to what is required in my reflections for EBL, my AA has said mine are a bit generic! any advice would be much appreciated.

   Hi Sandie, Ok spoke with NHS direct about diploma/degree thing. There is no difference in the end qualification between the 2 but if you want to go on to do things like train nurses etc then the degree is preferable. I was told that if you just want...
