   I'm a student and required by my school to carry liability insurance that they get good rates on. I will continue to carry it after I get my license as well. It's too much of a risk to not have it in my opinion.

   Can anyone give me some info on what the differences are between the Windows OS and Palm OS? From what I can tell, they are virtually the same. The same programs are offered and, from what I've seen, the interface is basically the same and function...
