   @juicebar, I recently received my CA RN license from the board without having to pass the clinical cases. I'm not sure on what occassions they would request for an applicant to submit it, but i think it would vary depending on the submitted documents...

   You may opt to do that but it's really not necessary to resend it. The purpose of attaching the letter is to let them know what the docs are for. But I think they should be able to identify why you sent them your deficiencies.

   @raymay you are correct. Attached the communication letter when you send them you documents. Just send only those items that they are requesting.

    I passed Nclex in 2007 too and will arrive Ca on June 2015. A friend told me it took approx 3mos before he received his license.
