    I agree with the above, stop working until you talk to the BON via phone or in person to get the issue resolved. Also inform your employer asap. If you go to work you are causing a whole other set of problems for yourself and the employer!

  15. Usually, a nurse needs experiences in med-surge or other area before starting to work in the ED. Than they have months of training and orientation. Or if they are a New Grad one does usually a one year internship :) So, do not worry...does that help?...
