  6. Working while sick!

    I tend not to go if I'm sick. They are short staffed and I'm a good nurse, they are not going to fire me. Besides if I go in I know I wont be able to leave b/c they wont let me with out a replacement.

  11. The Great Double Standard?

    I don't see any difference in the nursing care provided by male vs. female nurses and I'm not afraid to tell a co-worker the same if they hold that bias. A good nurse is a good nurse male or female.
