   The AAOD software includes billing, medical records, MDS and scheduling. It all kind of works together. I was using Lifestory prior to AAOD. I don't think I can help you. Sorry. dawn

    Sandra, IDR means Independent Dispute Resolution. It means we are disputing certain "tags" we do not feel were justified. During the conference call, they asked for additional documents. We have not heard at this time the outcome. Cross your fingers....
