   to those who are still waiting for their ATT from NM, you'll get it eventually :) just as i did. although i waited for a long time compared to others who got their ATT within a week after they submitted their application papers, everything worked out...

   huh? now, this confuses me...because when i asked the the personnel-in-charge on foreign exam (yes, i was able to talk to her personally back then -- around may or june 2006; no machines yet...), she told me to put "Philippines" there...and so..."huh...

   no, not new mexico. it should be philippines. "primary residence" means just that -- literally -- and not based on where your taking your initial licensure. good luck!
