    As many times that i have pushed this stuff i've only seen bps drop maybe 10-15mmhg.....and i have never seen or heard of it being hung.

    I used alot of different resources, it didnt matter what, just alot of different ones, ive used kaplan, saunders, and mosby's flashcards. Kaplan's book will teach you how to analyze the question which is a very big help.

    I am a new nurse in RI, and i think there is alot of negative feedback on this site sometimes. Im sure some nurses can be quite mean, but theyre not all like that.....So far ive had nothing but good experiences, clinically and as a Nurse.

    I agree with the ICU floater....The biggest defining factor was being able to know my patient.. bigger yet....advocating.

    I feel very lucky, i just got hired and this particular hospital offers PAID NCLEX review for 8 hrs a day x 4 days, which is the start of our 1st week of orientation to this facility.

    Very well said. My Instructor also asked for us to taylor the care plan to the patient and once you understand what they're asking, it comes fairly easy.

    Just recently heard, we have up to 2 hours before/after.....considering the shortage in some areas, this could be why......Med/Surg Floor with 6-8 patients..........Thats just nuts:uhoh3:
