    Some things pregnant women do need some help with... but the woman you are referring too is taking advantage of the situation. Have you talked with your manager about it? It's not far for you to pull all her slack... and work all holidays and weekend...

    SRMC has a level III NICU, and I think that Mary Black is just a level I. I had clinical in the MB NICU for school and their isn't much to it. Look into SRMC and GHS.

    In the upstate, SRMC, their is no difference in pay from ADN/BSN. When I was a new nurse, our starting pay was exactly the same. But, like it was said, BSN have more long term opportunities.
