   Everyone that I know that works in a hospital as a new grad got in because they new someone, if you dont know anyone there's not a lot out there. I know new grads that have been looking for employment for a year now.

   Im 43 and started my preq 3 yrs ago. Im in a program now with two years to go, and get this, I will only have my associate degree when I graduate. It has taken me forever, it I dont hurry up by time i graduate I will need a NURSE.
