There are benefits to doing either. I took the LPN route to start with so that I could start working quicker and gain expeirence while going for my RN. I know alot of people who have done this. It is really working out for me. Good luck! heather

I would try to get a job as a GVN/GPN first! If not, call a few places and see if you can get hired! You can challenge the cert test. I was going to do it myself but I ended up getting an early test date. Hope this helps!
