I know for sure Children's hosp. Los Angeles only takes BSN into their residency program but as soon as the baby boomer's start to retire the demand will shoot up again and everyone will be hurting for RN's.

I have not met a state CNA at chino they do use registry CNA's through right choice and preferred agencies. They are mostly used for suicide watches, you sit in front of a "suicidal" inmates door for 8 to 16 hours with very few breaks.
