    We just went to private rooms and now allow up to four people at a time. Have to say I liked it better when we could only have two at the bedside. It's sometimes hard trying to maneuver around four people

    Took care of a baby that was supposed to be discharged the next day. That night, the baby developed NEC. It can happen that quickly. Very scary

    I have worked in NICU for the past 29 years. Turnover is low. You either really like it or hate it. Obviously I love it and couldn't imagine working anywhere else.
