   Write up a med error on this Nurse or give copies of paperwork and you can copy meds not given in cassettes, etc.....along with signed MARS and let DON do it if you are not comfortable writing up med error.

   Working in LTC is very hard, fast paced and extremely stressful at times. But when I leave work, I know I made a difference in lives that most people (including doc's) don't care about anymore.

4. Hospice @ LTC ??

   When hospice is in LTC they are making the majority of the money for the resident........it is their responsibility, that is what they are getting paid for. Call the hospice nurse and document, document, docment.
