   rumors are nothing more than rumors. no use discussing it. it will only add to the confusion as some people might mistake it as truth since they "got the information" from the largest online community of nurses.

   vermont requires a photocopy of your license. you don't need to apply in advance. the processing time of vermont is pretty fast. some applications only take a month. mine took 2 months.
