    I thought this went on only at my place of employment! Our OR manager is not a nurse, and prior to her being moved over to our department, I had never seen her in the hospital. It is a frustrating situation to say the least

    Would you believe 1$ an hour for on call and nothing extra until you'v clocked 40, and you can forget weekend, holiday pay. Oh, did I mention I cover for 24/7.

    Medline markets the clear film dressing and the wick that we use in the OR for our heart dressings. Maxord and Arglease are the name of the products. Check with the reps in your area. Rockie Sis

    63 We are using a Maxorb wick on the incision followed by an Arglaese clear film dressing. Can be wiped clean with out any problem. Unsure of the manufacture. Will bring that informatio home tomorrow and post. Rockie Sis
