    It never ceases to amaze me how cruel but weirdly creative parents can be when naming their children...two of my "favorite" names are Deja vu and Chlamydia try going in to the waiting room and asking for either one of those two.

    We strive for this philosophy in our ER and it works MOST of the time...we have MD approved protocols which allows us to begin diagnostics before the MD sees the patient ....we also have changed our assignments to incorporate a "float RN" for 12 hour...
