I worked on a cardiac unit right out of college (I have an RN associate). I was not trained well enough to work this unit, neither in nursing school or on the unit. The supervisors were helpful, though and would intervene if needed. KAF

I don't know if the LPN to RN online students are exempt from the foreign language requirement. I would contact the nursing dept and ask. They are pretty busy sometimes and you may have to call a few times, but don't give up. Karen

I passed using several methods. I took a four day prep course, studied the Springhouse and Saunders Q & A. I used Saunders with my LPN and RN tests. You can order those online from Exselvier books. Hope this helps.
