   just used one this week. we have been using them more and more. i find that it makes head trauma's alot more interesting to work with. i think our protocol is to keep the pb02 between 20-40 and we got a bunch of what to do's if the icp and pb02 vary.

    yea washing your hands and making sure your not cross contaminating your patients. i just finished my clinicals and we had 8 pts with MRSA, on one floor. and you can only wonder how it got to so many on one floor.

    I took accutane in high school. The biggest side effect that I saw on myself was my lips. They peeled like crazy. And still to this day are always dry and peel slightly.

    its a 0-4 rating scale. 0 being none 4 being massive edema. its judged on how long the skin stays pitted after you press on it and how much the skin pits.
