   It depends on the kind of hospital you worked at while in Neuro. How many other problems did they have? Did you work at a level 1 trauma center with possibly other kinds of patients? I would also highly recommend getting your CCRN. It will look great...

2. How long did you stay at your first job?

   About 6 months. Then went into acute care in same facility. Will never go back to working on a floor.
