Hi I am an LPN in the RN program and I have a question about documentation. I am doing a couple care plans and I'm stuck on how to document certain things. Do you what's the best word or words used to describe a normal gait or normal skin status?
  6. What did you do before nursing?

  10. Tylenol ordered for pain.

@dranger by the way Tylenol it's not like ibuprofen. Ibuprofen is an NSAID because it is anti-inflammatory. Again Tylenol is not anti inflammatory. 😁
  11. Tylenol ordered for pain.

@dranger Tylenol is a nonsalicylate ....Not and NSAID. an NSAID is a no steroidal anti inflammatory and Tylenol is not anti-inflammatory . Tylenol is only antipyretic and analgesic. 😉
