    I'm in California and rather than a B52 we call this a Cocktail. CA law states we must offer the medication by mouth and if the patient refuses we go with the IM.

    I think your mom and mine were quite similar. Mine got kicked out of assted living when she attacked someone with her walker.

    Group homes are a bit murky with their job descriptions. I left IDH nursing because of this. Though I never had any problems with the BON. Hppygr8ful
