  1. good popup then bad popup

I really don't think it would matter, but in my case. I checked literally 5-10 minutes after I walked out, on my phone, and I got the good pop up. I think it's just as "accurate" if you were to check on your phone vs and computer.
  2. New RN offered OR position

  9. Texas BON with Class A Misdemeanor Theft

Update...I FINALLY take my test this Monday. About 6 1/2 months since graduation.
  10. 2 1/2 months from graduating when I should be worrying about passing, all I can think about is the Class A misdemeanor theft (deferred adjudication) that unfortunately happened when I was 18, 4 1/2 years ago. Legally naive didn't do a declaratory ord...
  11. Enforcement Review TX BON

I too was legally naive and did not do the declaratory order. Now I'm 2 1/2 months away from graduating. Trying to find out exactly what to say about a Class A misdemeanor theft. Hoping that all my court documents and character references are enough....
