hi

part of our observation charts (vital signs) incorpates AVPU and these values from a patients Early Warning Score

one of my patients (i'm a uk student nurse)who was shortly moved to icu)
only responded when a lanclet was used to check blood glucose by moving the hand that was used, no eye opening
i assesed this as pain response
