Tips for learning meds

I am a relatively new nurse (2 years experience) going from an acute specialty floor to a mainly med/surg floor at a much smaller hospital. I was fairly familiar with the standard meds I used to give but now I will be giving many more meds, most of which are new to me. Any tips on getting a handle on these meds besides time? Thanks in advance!
