possible med/surg interview????

Hi,
i really want to work at this hospital.... i interview with l&D but it feel through. I also expressed to the hr dept how i really prefer to get my feet wet in a med/surg setting anyway. So she told me to call her on monday. I have been on a few interviews. But wondering how i could really shine because i really want this job! any adv?
