New nurse on a med-surg Neuro unit starting in Sept

I am gearing up to take my boards soon here and in the meantime I want to prepare myself for a possible september start date as a new RN on a medical-surg/neuro floor.

Does anyone have any suggestions for preapring...ie certain things to look up to know, things to review, ways to organize myself etc. Our orientation also includes some tests and I have nooo idea what will be on these tests...does anyone have any idea what kind of things will be on orientation tests?

I'm nervous and excited to start and I want to be prepared!
