KEEPING NURSES MOTIVATED

I'M LOOKING FOR ANY IDEAS TO HELP MOTIVATE NURSES WHO HAVE BEEN IN NURSING FOR A LONG TIME. THEY SEEM "STAGNET" AND ARE IN NEED OF MOTIVATION TO KEEP THE "TEAM" ALIVE.

Are you the nurse who needs a boost? I could use a boost myself and I have only been in the profession for 7 months. However, I am very optimistic about the future. I have done a lot of web research and have discovered ways that nurses around the country have been revolutionizing nursing in a way that addresses the "nursing burnout" issue. We don't have to accept it. Respond if you are interested in making a difference. I would love to share some ideas.

Thanks for your response Redeye. Actually, it wasn't me that needed motivation however, since posting this message I do. I am getting frustrated with all of the short staffing and mandatory overtime. I would love to hear what you have.
