Keeping Nurses Healthy

Is there any Surgical or OR Nursing Organization that is addressing the ergonomic problems in the workplace? I am working with a great group of aging nurses and their bodies can't keep up with the demands of the job. Does anyone have any programs or ideas to address O.R. problems. Thanks
