by anotherone Jan 6What are some pros of being med surg certified? My facility doesn't pay more for it, although they do reimburse you gor the exam. Should I look into this? Is it enough of an accomplishment to add to a resume? (lol)

Jan 7 by tokmomMaybe I'm biased, but I'm med/surg certified (CMSRN). It was worth it, even though it involved studying.
My work paid for a certification class that was 16 weeks long. I had to pay for the test.
It does look good on a resume and many places will pay you for it. I get a 1.00 more an hour.anotherone likes this.
