Brushing up on Knowledge for new job

So I graduated in May 2011 and I didn't land my first job until Jan 2012 at a Prison. While I got to learn a lot of basic meds there by familiarity and was exposed to a lot of diabetics I didn't deal a lot with lab results. I also did not do a whole lot of skills except assessments.

So I will be working in Med-Surg and I get a 8 week internship/training before I'm on my own. Do you guys have any advice for me on what I should be brushing up on/reading?
