I belong, am CMSRN, attended conference in Nashville, TN last year, had a lot of fun, and learned new things, and networked like crazy! It depends on if you plan to become certified as to if it is beneficial to join. You can save big $$$ on certification, as well as study materials. And they do have some really good magazines that come with the membership as well-packed full of good information. For me, it is very worth it!
