Do any of you have experience with this drug? I have seen some patients in septic shock make a complete turn around with this drug. In fact, I haven't seen one bad outcome when using this.

Is this the norm?

I've seen one pt have a huge head bleed from it and die. I'm sure it's a great drug, but that's the only time I've seen it used.

Use with utmost caution in pt's who are at risk for bleeding.
