Help me please with drips

Hi!
I am going back to work in a busy ER after a long maternity leave (I am new as it is)and want to freshen up on my IV drips.
Please remind me of the most common drugs administered via drip and any REALLY important info about them...

Also any online resources about how to dilute which meds with how much fluid would also be helpful! I always forget which abx go over an hour which with 50cc and which with 100cc.
I am so nervous!!!!
Thanks. hope I am not too vague
