A&E patient weight & drug strength charts

by Aidy

I like to try and update things around my work environment when possible. Anyhow I have been planing on making a weight to dose chart for drugs such as adrenaline, cefotaxime, dexamethasone etc for emergency situations so we dont have to calculate each time. Has anybody ever came across any such chart? I understand that drug names and doses will be different, but its mainly to assist with the layout and inspire my creativity.

Kind regards
Aidy
