Section M skin condition question? Help!!!


Hello, patient was admitted with multiple scab on LE, where in section M should i input this data for skin? thank you for any reply.

Scabs are coded as stage 2 in the first part of sect. M. Remember, they are not pressure if from trauma. For M2 and would be coded as 0 in both questions of m2.
