by graceRN67 Jan 22i need to know if a medicare patient goes home before the 14th day do I still do an admission assessment or just a 5 day??? I am new to this and have been told different things and can not find this in the manual.

Per the MDS manual, you must turn in any part (if any) of the assessment that is completed to medical records as it is part of the patient's record in the facility.
