by andy3k Nov 30, '12The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) recently posted MDS 3.0 Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) Manual v1.09 Replacement Change Table and Manual Pages on the CMS RAI Manual webpage. Ignore the Replacement documents – they are not the final version. Your state MDS Coordinator should notify you when the documents are final. I'll try to remember posting here again when they are finalized.

- Dec 4, '12 by andy3kCMS says the replacement documents on the CMS MDS RAI Manual page are correct, but several states are challenging the change to A0100C so I recommend incorporating all the changes except the A0100C change.
