First-what is it like for the LPN MDS nurse?

Second- Any LPN MDS in the Richmond, Va area? If so how did you go about getting in it here

Hi,
Can't really tell you much. LPN's here in NY, need to have an RN sign the work, but I have never worked with an LPN.

I live about an hour from Richmond, VA and we have to have a RN sign our MDS. I do the MDS and careplanning. Sometimes I do feel stretched in various places, but it involves alot of details. GOOD LUCK!

I am an lpn and work as the MDS coordinator for my facility. The DON signs off on them, other than that I do the rest.
