Leaving MDS world....

I'm 26 days away from graduating RN school and will be taking a new position in the ICU. My current employer does not want 2 RNs in the RNAC office and so I shall go. Thank you all for the words of wisdom and support over the years. God bless you as MDS-land changes for 3.0 and quality indicators start affecting payment. It was a wild ride....time for me to stop the merry-go-round and try to ride the ferris wheel!
