by danda22 Nov 26, '12I am currently an LPN RAC-CT working in a family owned 120 bed facility in Ohio. I have been working there 3 years, 2 yrs in MDS. An opportunity has presented itself at a small 50-ish bed facility very close to my home. It is a corporate owned Trilogy Healthcare facility. I know a lady that works there in another dept and have learned that the previous person was not from the area and left to be closer. The ad has been out for a couple weeks now. It was for an RN and since the position has been vacant someone from home office is filling in until they hire. I called and got an interview and was upfront about being an LPN. Because I have only done MDS in a private facility I don't know what to ask for or expect for pay. Currently I make $19.50, but my co-worker who is also an LPN makes $22.50 ( 2 more years experience).
