by glm777 Nov 8, '12Can someone tell me which dx/MDS coding will exclude a resident from triggering on the QMs for antipsychotic meds without a diagnosis? I know it is Huntingtons, Tourettes, Schizophrenia, hallucinations, delusions and psychotic disorder. What about paranoia? Bipolar? Are there any others? Thanks for the info.
