by crazyforthis Sep 18, '12If a patient is on TPN and it is placed on hold for a few days, would you still document 4 and 2 on MDS? Have a patient currently that the tpn was DC'd until further eval. so documenting 0-0 due to the patient on regular diet also. Is this correct?
