Answers on Demand vs Meditech Long-term for MDS

My facility is currently using Answers on Demand for our software program for nursing and therapies. The staff I work with hate it, especially therapies. It is slow, cumbersome, and hard to get answers to questions without being nickel and dimed by the company that owns it. We're thinking about switching software programs...

Does anyone have any experience with Meditech Long-Term to complete MDSs? I would love to hear what you think, good or bad...
