I know that with community colleges you typically must be a resident to apply but to my knowledge 4 year universities do not. Now I'm curious!

Northeastern, Boston College, Regis, Simmons, The MGH Institute of Health Professions, Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, Curry College, Elms College, Endicott College. All of the UMasses and many of the state schools have nursing and I don't believe they require MA residency but charge higher tuition for non-residents. The community colleges may require MA residency but, to be perfectly honest, I would not recommend going this route if you are intending to work in and around Boston as BSN is required for nearly all hospital positions here.
