Hello All! I am interested in applying for Umass Amherst's accelerated bachelors degree program for the 2016 cycle. This program is my number one, and I am really hoping to get into it. I decided to start this thread to converse with others who are also looking to apply to the Umass ABSN 2016 cohort.

I just attended an information session today. I know it is a little early but I am starting my application process for the January 15, 2016 deadline. I'm currently a student at Umass studying Nutrition and Dietetics and will be graduating this Spring!

I decided to start this thread in hopes of creating a place where others who are also interested in the 2016 cycle can talk about the application process, GPA/Preq concerns, and basically offer support and answer questions!

Hi Chels32,

Great you started this thread, I am thinking of applying as well and would like to know about classes, labs and clinicals schedules from current or past students. I live 1.5hrs away and don't intend on moving to the area.

I submitted my whole application yesterday. I went right to umass to do it. The lady at the CPE office has hundreds of pieces of mail she was sorting through. I'm really excited about this program. Went to umass for my undergrad and after walking around campus yesterday I definitely want to go back!

I applied to this program as well! The wait is going to be a long one, I heard we might not find out until mid March
