    lol, we did not miss a beat...I've been looking for 4 months now...what happened to the shortage "GOD please help us find a good nursing job." I did my rotation at Kindred if they hired me right now I would hop on it.

    They are the only one's who are hiring as I can see from the job boards. Go for it. Keep bugging them, they will hire you.

    I have been looking for a decent job for two years. I tried taking just anything three times. Not putting my license or my sanity at risk anymore.

    I've sent them like a million applications and resume, now I have the recuriter's number so I just call her from time to time,,,they want us to have experince too...boo whooo, the nerve...anyways are u working now, at least?

    No jobs yet. I have an agency that keeps trying to send me an application, but I never received them. So when I have the gas money I will have to drive down there and fill it out. It is kind of 45 minutes away.

    I would just call the Kindred directly and speak to the DON, skip the recruiter.

    I just had the best experiences on those units. Helpful coworkers, interesting patients, reasonable assignments.
